Everyone,

My name is Dawn Heinzman, and I was born and raised in Oregon. I have a twin brother named Ryan, and our father's name is Paul. I don't know a lot about my father's father's side of the family, but my father is just as interested in genealogy as I am, and so he is learning more about our Heinzman roots through getting back in touch with our relatives.

From what I DO know, I know that my father's father's name was Bill, William Heinzman, and his parents' (my Great Grandparents') names were William Heinzman Sr. and Dorothy Reese. My grandfather is no longer alive; he died of bone cancer and lymphoma, and my Great Grandfather is no longer alive either; he died of a heart attack, but my Great Grandmother is still alive, and it just so happens that my twin brother and father just went to see her for her 91st birthday a few days ago! For as long as my Great Grandmother has been alive, all the generations of Heinzmans I know of have lived in Yamhill County in Oregon.

It is nice to know that there's a website dedicated to our last name. I hope that I make connections on here as much as others appear to have made.

Hi Chris,

I have tried visiting your website several times but I never see anything. My mother has seen it though so it might be my browser or security settings.

Three years, wow! Your going to have a culture shock moving back to Noblesville.
